Thin soil on broken limestone keeps the crop small. The Syrah spends 18 months in older oak; some goes into the Ridge red.

Third stop on the vineyard walk, with the view.

Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 to 17:00 (sample). Walk-ins are welcome when there is room; weekends fill up in harvest season.
