Green hops are in: brew day for the harvest pale

Once a year we brew with hops that were on the bine the same morning (sample note).
Fresh hops are wet and heavy, so we use about five times as much as dried ones. The beer comes out softer and greener than Porch Light, with a smell like cut grass and grapefruit.
It goes on tap in about three weeks and lasts until the tank is empty. Follow the journal for the date.
