Security and fraud
How we will and will not contact you, and what to do if something goes wrong.
We will never call or text to ask for
- Your PIN, online banking password or a one-time code
- To move your money to a “safe account”
- To hand your card to a courier or a caller at your door
- To buy gift cards or send money to settle a problem with your account
If a call feels wrong, hang up

Lost card, or money gone that you did not spend? Call (555) 014-2400, day or night (sample).
If you think you have been scammed
Act fast and do not be embarrassed: it happens to careful people every week.
