How a sample is checked
The first parts from the tools come to the workshop. They are measured, assembled and used before anything is signed.
- Critical dimensions measured against the drawing
- Colour and finish compared with the approved chips
- Assembly, fit and gaps on ten sets of parts
- A week of real use in a real kitchen, office or bike
- A one-page report to the factory: sign-off, or the list of changes
