Cutting and netting
We cut the tree you chose, shake out loose needles and pull it through the netting machine.

A clean hole in the trunk so the tree stands straight in a pin stand.

How do I keep a cut tree fresh?
Cut a thin slice off the trunk when you get home, stand it in water straight away and top the stand up every day. Keep it away from radiators.
Do you lend saws?
Yes. Bow saws and gloves are free to borrow at the gate; we also cut the tree for you if you prefer.
Will the tree fit in my car?
Most 6-7 ft trees go on a roof with the netting; bring two straps or use ours. Tall trees are better delivered.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, on a lead. Children are welcome on the hill with an adult; the rows are steep in places.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, card or cash in the barn. Reserved trees are paid when you collect them.
Choose and cut on the hill
Walk the rows, pick your tree and we lend you a saw, or choose one already cut in the barn. We shake it, net it and help tie it to your roof.

Evenings and delivery
On Friday evenings the hill is lit with lanterns until eight. On weekdays we bring trees to homes, offices and shops and set them up in the stand.
