Planning, office operations and team training for companies of five to eighty people. We work at your table, not from a slide deck.
Who we are and what we do
Most small companies do not need a consultant. They need someone who has seen a hundred offices to sit with them for a few weeks and sort out the plan, the routines and the training.
A clear year on one page, written with the people who will do the work.
We set up the routines in your office and stay until they run without us.
Every change comes with training, so the know-how stays in your team.
We spend the first week listening, then most of the work happens on site, next to the people who run things every day. Last year our client hours split like this (sample):
Running the office45%
Planning the year30%
Training and coaching25%
Six things small companies ask us for
A one-page plan for the next twelve months: goals, budget and who does what.
Suppliers, rotas, shared files and the routines that keep the week calm.
Job descriptions, interviews and a first week that new people remember.
Six one-to-one sessions for people leading a team for the first time.
Choosing and setting up the few tools a small company really needs.
Four of last year’s clients and what changed in their offices (sample).
Design studio, 14 people: a planning day and a shared calendar
Dental practice: front desk routines and a new booking rule
Two-person agency: their first hire, start to finish
Print shop: training for three new team leads
Most first calls start with the same four questions. Here are our straight answers; ask anything else on the call.
A planning project takes four to six weeks. Office routines take two to three months, because they have to survive a busy season before we leave.
Yes, most of the time. We come in two days a week while a project runs, and the rest happens on short calls.
Every project has a fixed price agreed before we start. The plans page shows example prices for the three ways people usually work with us.
You can stop after any month. You keep everything we wrote with you: the plan, the checklists and the training notes.

We had twelve people and no plan anyone could find. After six weeks we had one page on the kitchen wall, a Monday meeting that ends on time and a new starter who knew where everything was on day one.
