The ten-minute Monday meeting

The Monday meeting is the routine we set up most often, because it fixes so much else (sample note).

Everyone answers three questions: what did you finish last week, what will you finish this week, and what is in your way. Problems are noted and solved after the meeting by the two people who need to be there.

It feels too short for the first two weeks. After that, nobody wants the old meeting back.
