New in the cellar: six growers from the Loire

Elena came back from the Loire with six new growers and a car that sat low on its wheels (sample note).

Most of them farm fewer than ten hectares on limestone and flint. The whites are dry and salty, the reds light enough to serve a little cool.

They are on the shelves from this week and all six are open at the Saturday tasting.
