Elena Marsh (sample) opened the shop in 2009 in what used to be a cooper’s workshop. The first stock fitted on one wall; the counter came from a closing bakery.
The shop grew one grower at a time. Today we buy from about sixty estates, most of them visited, and we still open a bottle for anyone who asks.
