Billing questions
How do you count users?
Everyone who signs in to a work computer or a work email account during the month. Shared mailboxes are free.
Can we change plans?
Yes, from the next month. Most clients start on Managed and change after the first quarterly review.
Is there a set-up fee?
The first 30 days are billed at the plan price; there is no separate set-up fee for offices up to 30 users (example prices).
How do we pay?
Monthly by invoice or direct debit. You get one invoice with licences and equipment on separate lines.
Book a free IT check
An engineer spends an hour at your office (or on a call) and writes down what is backed up, what is out of date and what is fine. You keep the notes, whether you sign up or not (sample).
