Managed IT for small offices
Everything below is in the monthly fee. By day the help desk; by night the schedule, which looks like this for a sample client.

By day: one number, real engineers
When something breaks during the day, you call or email the help desk and an engineer who knows your office picks it up. No call centre, no ticket numbers to remember.
Open
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (sample)
First reply
Within 30 minutes in opening hours, usually much sooner (sample)
On site
In Springfield and within 25 miles, the same or next working day (sample)
Out of hours
An urgent line for the Complete plan when the whole office is stopped
Backup and recovery
Every night we back up the office server, shared files and every Microsoft 365 mailbox, then copy it to a second place. Once a month we prove it works by restoring something.
- 30 nightly, 12 monthly and 7 yearly copies kept (sample)
- The copy is locked, so ransomware cannot delete it
- A restore test every month, written up in the report
- A lost file back the same day, usually within the hour
Security, without the scare stories
Most break-ins at small offices start with an email or an old password. We cover those first, then the rest.
Filtering before mail reaches the inbox, and a button to report anything odd
Sign-in
Two-step sign-in on every Microsoft 365 account
Devices
Antivirus, disk encryption and updates on every laptop and PC
People
Ten-minute training every quarter and a practice phishing email (sample)
If something happens
We lock the account, find out what was seen and tell you in plain words
Microsoft 365 and cloud
Email, Teams, shared files and licences, set up properly and kept tidy: new starters ready on day one, leavers locked out the hour they go.
- Licences checked monthly so you only pay for people who are still here
- Shared folders with clear permissions instead of one big drive
- Moves from an old office server or another email provider
Office network and Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi that reaches the back room, a firewall that is kept up to date and printers that print. We draw your network once and keep the drawing current.
- Separate guest Wi-Fi, so visitors never see your files
- Firewall updates in the Thursday window
- Internet line problems chased with the provider for you
Book a free IT check
An engineer spends an hour at your office (or on a call) and writes down what is backed up, what is out of date and what is fine. You keep the notes, whether you sign up or not (sample).
