Fixing: the longest stage, and the one you see most

Fixing starts when the house is locked up and dry (sample diary). Insulation and plaster come first, then the kitchen, the bathrooms and the internal doors.
The electrician and the plumber come back for the fit-off: switches, lights, taps and toilets. Painters work room by room behind them.
At the end of fixing you walk the house with your supervisor and mark anything to touch up. We fix those before the final inspection and handover.
