Meet the winemaker
A grower pours five wines and tells you how they are made. Small plates included, $35.
Open bottles
Three new arrivals open at the counter to taste for free. No booking.
Private tastings
For 8 to 20 people at the long table, from $40 a head with food.
How a tasting goes
Lightest first
Whites, then rosé, then reds, then anything sweet: each wine is poured in that order.
Look, swirl, smell
A short word on what to look for, then the wine does the talking.
Taste and compare
Spit or swallow, both are fine. Water and bread are on the counter.
Take home what you liked
Every bottle poured is in the racks, and the ticket price comes off.
Pick a bottle, then pull up a stool
The shop is open from 10:00 and the bar from 17:00, Tuesday to Sunday (sample). Any bottle on the shelves can be opened at the bar.
