New in the 200s: a Sicilian shelf

This week four Sicilian wines moved into bins 207 to 210 (sample note).
The Etna Rosso is the one to start with: light, a little smoky, and happy slightly chilled. Next to it are a Grillo for fish, a Frappato that drinks like a summer Beaujolais and a Nero d’Avola for the colder evenings.
All four are on the Thursday tasting next week, and two are by the glass at the bar from Friday.
