Wheelchair accessible taxis
Six of our cars (sample) take a wheelchair: four with a rear ramp, two with a swivel seat that lowers to the kerb. The fare is the same as a saloon.

Questions before you ride
How far ahead should I book?
For a ride now, just call. For a fixed time, book at least two hours ahead; for early flights, the day before.
Can I bring a child seat or ask for one?
Ask when you book. We fit a forward-facing seat or a booster at no extra cost; bring your own baby seat for children under one.
Do you take pets?
Yes, in a carrier or on a lead, at no extra charge. Assistance dogs always travel free.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number, so the driver arrives for the real landing time. Waiting starts 45 minutes after landing.
