Booking a first lesson
Tell us the swimmer’s age and any swimming they have done. If you are not sure about the stage, book the free Saturday assessment first.

Book a free assessment
Ten minutes in the shallow end on a Saturday morning. A teacher watches, then suggests the right stage with you.
