From 25 metres of front crawl to 100 metres in the deep end.

Strokes
7 to 9 years
Front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke over 25 metres.
- Front crawl with side breathing
- Backstroke and breaststroke legs
- 25 metres non-stop
Up to 6 children (sample).
2.0 m
Deep end
9 to 11 years
Treads water, dives in and swims 100 metres.
- Diving from the side
- Treading water for one minute
- 100 metres using three strokes
Up to 6 children, deep water (sample).
My son cried at the first lesson. Six months later he jumps in at the deep end and asks for more.
