Tell us the item, your usual size and what you train for. We check the shelves and reply by email or phone within one working day (sample).

Can you hold my size?
Yes. Send the form or call, and we keep it at the counter for three days.
Can I return running shoes I have run in?
Within 30 days if they hurt after a fitting with us; worn shoes from elsewhere cannot be returned (sample).
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in the shop, from $20. Sizes can be swapped after the gift.
Is there parking?
Yes, a public car park behind the shop on Kiln Lane, free for the first hour (sample).
