Before your treatment
- Arrive 20 minutes early and warm up in the bio sauna
- Tell the therapist about injuries, pregnancy or anything that hurts
- Skip the hottest rounds just before a massage
- Cancel up to 24 hours ahead at no cost (sample)

Passes are for three hours, an evening or the whole day. Ask for a private sauna for groups of up to eight.
