Today’s infusions, the hosts who pour them and how an infusion goes.
Infusions today

How an infusion goes
Ten minutes, three pours. You can leave between pours; the host waits for the door to close again.
1
Find a seat
Come in five minutes before the time; the host closes the door on the hour.
2
First pour
Scented water on the stones. The steam rises to the top bench first.
3
Towel waves
The host fans the hot air around the room, one bench at a time.
4
Out to the cold
Straight to the plunge or the garden, then rest.
Plan your rounds
Two or three rounds of heat, cold and rest make a good visit. Book a pass or just come by on a weekday.
