What to ask at the end of an interview

Almost every interview ends with “Do you have any questions for us?” Have two ready.

Ask about the team: who you would work with on a normal day, and who trains new starters. Ask about the shifts: how the rota is made and how much notice you get. Both show you are already thinking about doing the job.

Leave pay and holidays to us. We have already agreed them with the employer, and we can ask the awkward questions for you.
