Five changes that get a CV onto the shortlist

We read a few hundred CVs a month, and most get ten seconds before we decide whether to call (sample).
Put your phone number and town at the top. Start with the jobs that match the role you want, even if they are not the most recent. Give each job three plain lines on what you did, with a number where you have one: pallets a shift, calls a day, residents on your floor.
Keep it to two pages, list your licences and certificates on their own, and explain any gap in one line. Then bring it to a walk-in morning and we will go through it with you.
