Changing your cat’s food without an upset stomach

Cats are creatures of habit, and their stomachs are too (sample note).

Start with a quarter of new food mixed into the old, then half and half after three days, then three quarters. Most cats are fully on the new food in seven to ten days.

Ask us for a sample bag before you buy a big one: there is no point in five kilos of food your cat will not touch.
