A corner pet shop on Maple Lane (sample): food, supplies, a grooming room and people who keep pets themselves.
Maple Lane Pets (sample) opened in 2012 in a single room with dog food, bird seed and a hand-written price list. The grooming room came in 2016, the upstairs floor of beds, crates and clothes in 2020.
We are still a neighbourhood shop: we know most dogs by name, we keep your usual food aside, and we will tell you when the cheaper bag is the better one.
