What size of company do you work with?
From five to about eighty people. Smaller than that, a check-up is usually enough; larger companies tend to need a bigger firm.
Do you only work in Springfield?
We work on site within about an hour of the office (sample), and on video calls for everything else.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. It takes about an hour, and you only get a proposal if you ask for one.
Who will actually do the work?
One of the four leads you meet on the team page, with one colleague. You meet both before we start.
Can we start with training only?
Yes. Many clients start with one workshop and decide later whether they need more.
How do you charge?
A fixed price per project, agreed before we start, invoiced monthly. No hourly billing.
