Which plan do I need?
Most shops, clubs and small businesses with one website start on Starter. Choose Business when you run more than one site or a shop with many products. If you are unsure, send us your current site and we will tell you.
Can I move my existing website to you?
Yes, for free. Send us access to your old host and we copy the site, the email and the database, test it on a temporary address and switch over when you say so.
Do I have to buy the domain from you?
No. You can keep your domain where it is and point it at us with two records, or transfer it to us so the domain, the site and the email are on one bill.
What happens if something breaks?
Every plan has nightly backups kept for 30 days. Ask support and we restore a file, a database or the whole site from any of those nights.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed yearly or monthly (monthly costs a little more). Cancel at any time; unused months of a yearly plan are refunded (sample terms).
