Why your emails land in spam, and the three records that fix it

If customers find your emails in their spam folder, the reason is usually missing records in your domain’s DNS zone.

SPF lists the servers allowed to send email as you. DKIM adds a signature to every message. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do when a message fails both checks.

On our plans all three are added when you create your first mailbox. If your domain is somewhere else, our support team will send you the exact values to paste in.
