Mill Lane Burgers (sample) is a counter, six stools, one long flat-top grill and a fryer. We grind chuck and brisket every morning, press each patty onto the hot plate to order and toast the buns in the beef fat.
Sauces, pickles and slaw are made in the back the same day. That is the whole secret.
