Loaded fries: our Friday special, explained

Our fries are cut every morning, blanched at a low heat and fried again to order (sample note).

On Fridays we pile them in a basket with cheese sauce, pickled chillies and three glazed wings. It is meant for two people, and it rarely is.

The deal changes every Monday; follow the tips page or look at the board by the counter.
