What goes in the house sauce

The house sauce is the one thing people ask for in a pot to take home (sample note).

It is mayonnaise, yellow mustard, chopped dill pickles, a splash of pickle brine, ketchup and smoked paprika. Rosa mixes it every afternoon and it does not keep past the next day.

You can buy a pot at the counter for the price of a dip. It is very good on fries.
