Accounts with helpful names are replying to people who ask wallet questions in public (sample note).

Their link leads to a page that asks for your recovery words to ‘sync’ or ‘verify’ the wallet. No real support needs them.

Write to us only from the app or from the Support page of this site. If you have typed your words anywhere, restore to new words and move what you hold today.
