Get involved
Money, food, time or a fundraiser: each helps in a different way. Pick the one that fits your life.
Give every month
Monthly gifts are the steadiest money we have. They let us order food ahead, keep the hall heated and say yes to new volunteers.

Keeps the warm space open one afternoon a month
A food parcel for a family, every month
Milk for the Saturday breakfast table

Fundraise for the pantry
Fun runs, bake sales, quiz nights, a sponsored silence: every event fills a shelf. We send you a pack with posters, collection tins and our thanks.
- Spring fun run around Hillside Park, every April (sample)
- Collection tins and buckets to borrow
- Thank-you certificates for schools and teams
Companies, schools and faith groups
Local partners sponsor the pantry van, run food collections, match staff donations and send teams for volunteering days.
- Team volunteering days, Monday to Friday
- Harvest and Christmas food collections, with crates on loan
- Sponsor the van, the warm space lunches or the homework club
Help a neighbour this winter
Every gift is spent in Hillside, on the things on our ladder. A monthly gift lets us plan the shelves ahead.
