How the checks work
Students confirm with a school email or an enrolment letter. Family and Duo members confirm the same home address once, from their phones; we do not track where you listen.
Billing questions
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving up starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; moving down starts next month.
Why is it cheaper on the website?
The app stores keep part of every in-app subscription. Subscribe on the website and more of the price goes to artists (sample).
Do you offer refunds?
If you forgot to cancel a trial, write to billing within 7 days of the charge and we refund the month (sample).
Which cards do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards, and the payment methods of the App Store and Google Play.
