Questions about plans
When is the monthly fee taken?
On your billing day, the day of the month you opened the account. It shows as one line in your payments.
Can I try Plus and go back?
Yes. Change plan in the app at any time; the new plan starts on your next billing day.
What does doubled round-up mean?
On Plus and Duo the change from each payment is matched from your balance, so a 60 cent round-up moves $1.20 into your pot. You can switch it off.
Is there a fee to close the account?
No. Move your money out and close the account in the app, free (Example prices).
