- Your card PIN, the app passcode or a code we text you
- To move your money to a “safe account”
- To install another app so we can “check” your phone
- To read out the card number and the three digits on the back

We only contact you in the app, and calls from us come from (555) 017-3000. If you are not sure, hang up and open the app: real messages from us are always in the Help tab.
