Graduation week: what to expect

Graduates throwing their caps in the air on a lawn, seen from a distance

Ceremonies run from Monday to Friday in the Great Hall, one faculty a day (sample).

Collect your gown from 08:30 on the morning of your ceremony; each graduate gets two guest tickets, and extra tickets are released a week before.

The ceremony lasts about ninety minutes, followed by a reception on the lawn. If the weather turns, it moves to the sports hall.
