You decide what can swap
Swaps follow the same rules as the rota: skills, rest time and hours. A warehouse can allow swaps only between forklift drivers; a cafe can let any barista take any barista shift.
- Approve every swap, or only those that change hours
- Lock shifts that must not move
- A record of every swap for the month
