How we hire: a paid trial day instead of a take-home test

Take-home tests ask candidates for unpaid evenings and tell us little about how someone works with others. We replaced them with one paid trial day.

You work on a real, small task with the person you would report to, have lunch with the team and ask anything you like. We pay the day at the role’s day rate, whatever the outcome.

Every candidate hears back within three working days of the trial, with reasons if the answer is no.
