Ferrow 2.3: shift swaps with manager approval

Until now, a swap meant a message to the manager, a message to a colleague and an edit to the rota by hand. In 2.3 the whole swap happens in the app.

Someone offers a shift, Ferrow asks only the colleagues who are trained for it and free that day, and the first to accept goes to you for approval. One tap, and the rota and the timesheet both change.
