Questions about pricing
Who counts as a person?
Anyone with at least one shift on a published rota that month. Managers who are never on the rota are free.
Can we start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Everything you made on the free plan stays, and you pay from the day you switch.
Do you offer discounts for charities?
Yes, half price on Team and Business for registered charities (sample terms).
How do we cancel?
From the account page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the month and can export everything (sample terms).
