The brief
Most people visited the old site to check opening hours and found them four clicks deep.
What we did
We put hours, events and the catalogue search on the home page, wrote every page in plain words and built it on WordPress for the library team to edit.
What changed
Staff update events themselves, and calls asking about opening hours went down noticeably (sample).
