How we recorded Tidewater in our rehearsal room

We recorded most of Tidewater in the same room where we rehearse (sample), with the drums in a tent of duvets and the amps in the corridor.

Each song was played live five or six times; we kept the best full take and fixed very little. The vocals were sung in the evenings when the street went quiet.

The mix was done in a proper studio in Eastport over a week, with the vinyl cut in mind from the first day.
