What to send before an interiors day

An interiors day goes best when the order of rooms follows the light (sample). A plan with north marked lets me draw up the timing.

Tell me which rooms matter most and where the pictures will be used. A hotel needs 16:9 for booking sites; a magazine needs 4:5 for its pages.

Clear surfaces the evening before. Flowers are welcome, but one bunch is enough.
