Measure a ring at home
You need a ring that fits and a ruler with millimetres.

Borrow a ring that fits
Take one worn on the same finger, if you can. Rings worn on the right hand are often half a size larger.

Measure across the inside
Lay it on a ruler and read the inside diameter in millimetres, from inner edge to inner edge.

Find the nearest row
Match the millimetres to the table. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
