CV and interview help
Plain advice from consultants who read hundreds of CVs a month.
A CV that gets you shortlisted
Two pages at most. Employers read the top third, so put the jobs that match first.
- Your phone number and town at the top, not your full address
- Each job: dates, employer, three lines on what you did
- Licences and certificates in their own short list
- Gaps explained in one plain line
Before an interview
We brief you before every interview we book, so none of this should come as a surprise.
- Know the route and leave fifteen minutes early
- Bring your ID and certificates
- Have two questions ready about the team or the shifts
- Call us straight afterwards: we pass on your feedback
Bring your CV to a walk-in morning
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00 a consultant reads your CV with you and suggests changes for the jobs you want. It is free, and you do not need to book (sample).
Register once, hear about every job that fits
Ten minutes on the phone, or drop in on Tuesday or Thursday morning. We keep your details on file and call you when a role matches.
