Getting the house ready
- Fix the small things a buyer notices: dripping taps, sticking doors, blown bulbs
- Clear the hallways and one room at a time; rent storage if you need it
- Mow the front lawn and sweep the porch the day before photos
- Find the paperwork: roof, furnace and any permits
What would your home sell for?
An agent visits, looks at the house and the lot, and gives you a price range with the recent sales nearby. Free, and no obligation to list.
