Why the cut-off is the day before

The night runs leave Canal Yard at 21:00. Before that, every pallet has to be collected, checked in and placed on the load plan (sample).

The planner builds each trailer so the last delivery goes in first and weights are spread along the deck. Late bookings can unbalance the plan.

If you miss the cut-off, call the planners anyway. When there is space and a driver nearby, we often still make it.
