Delivering to a shop without a forklift

Most shops and building sites do not have a dock or a forklift. Book a tail-lift vehicle and the driver lowers each pallet to the ground (sample guide).

The driver then moves the pallet with a pallet truck to the nearest firm, level spot. They cannot carry boxes into the building or up steps.
