The practice opened in 1994 with one test room and a wall of frames (sample). It is still independent: we choose every frame ourselves and nobody here works to a sales target.
Most people come back every two years. Some of them first came as children and now bring their own.
The same faces at every visit. Ask for someone by name when you book.
