How a project runs
Five steps, in this order, for every project. A five-page website usually takes six weeks.

First call
Thirty minutes, free: what you need, who it is for, and whether I am the right person.
Week 1

Plan and quote
A page plan, a time line and a fixed price, in plain words.
Week 1

Design
Real pages in the browser, tested on phones and with two or three of your customers.
Weeks 2 to 3

Build and fill
The site built on WordPress with your texts and photos in place.
Weeks 4 to 5

Launch and hand over
We go live together; you get an hour of training and a written guide.
Week 6
What you can count on
One person, start to finish
The person on the first call designs your site, builds it and answers your questions after launch.

No jargon in quotes or reports. If I use a technical word, I explain it once.

Every site comes with an hour of training and a short written guide for your team.
Fixed quotes
A price for the whole project before we start; changes are agreed in writing first.
